Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join Skyro. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and account management, a customer-first mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Manage key Brand Account (KAC) partners and foster long-term relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Lead new business pitches and oversee the onboarding of new clients
- Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders of assigned accounts
- Develop strategies to enhance account productivity and revenue growth
- Collaborate with Mobile, Electronics, and Home Appliances manufacturers and coordinate joint promotions with the Marketing team
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, including campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to deliver measurable results
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience in retail and financial services is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
