Role Description

The Sales Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales cycle to meet revenue goals of VisMin. The role includes fostering excellent customer service, addressing client needs, and providing strategic insights to drive mutual success for both the company and its clients.

Candidates will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Sales and Key Account Management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the ICT industry or related fields is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in CRM (Oracle NetSuite) software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
