Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Key Accounts Manager to lead retail partnerships, drive supermarket growth strategies, and maximize sales performance for Gems Foods across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with supermarket and retail partners.
• Handle listing cycles and coordinate product placements across key accounts.
• Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major supermarket chains.
• Drive category growth, volume targets, and trade spend optimization.
• Maintain and expand shelf space through effective account management and category reviews.

• Execute retail promotions and bundle mechanics to improve sell-through performance.
• Support in-store sampling activations and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) situations and coordinate with distributors and merchandisers to ensure product availability.
• Ensure all authorized SKUs are properly displayed and maintained on shelves.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Key Accounts, FMCG, or Retail Sales Management.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling supermarket chains and retail accounts is an advantage.
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
