BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND ENGINEERING HEAD

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute store expansion plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential restaurant sites.
• Conduct market research, demographic studies, and financial feasibility analyses.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and local government agencies.
• Lead lease negotiations and secure favorable commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships.

• Plan, organize, and oversee new store construction, renovations, relocations, and special projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.

• Oversee restaurant engineering standards, building systems, and equipment specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health regulations, fire safety, and environmental requirements.
• Review architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment designs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for company-owned facilities.
• Evaluate and improve energy efficiency and operational sustainability.
• Lead engineering troubleshooting for major facility issues.

• Prepare and manage annual capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets.
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Review contractor quotations, project estimates, and variation orders.
• Ensure efficient utilization of project resources while maintaining quality standards.

• Lead and develop the Business Development, Project Management, and Engineering teams.
• Establish performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor employees through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster collaboration across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Manage permits, licenses, inspections, and project documentation.
• Maintain company engineering standards and construction specifications.
