As a Sr. Key Accounts Manager specializing in Local Service Provider (LSP), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in these sectors. Your deep understanding of the industry, combined with your excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be crucial in achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the LSP industries, establishing initial contact and building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our telecommunications and ISP services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding our client base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and technical experts, to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telco/ISP sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive experience dealing with (LSP clients).

Must Have:

  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications and internet services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
