Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage key accounts for Benby Group of Companies. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent execution of brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle direct accounts, sell products, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and implement brand plans, strategies, and programs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory, returns, bad orders, account payables/receivables, and business reviews.
- Monitor merchandising displays and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze account performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of FMCG experience handling key/direct accounts.
- Open for fresh graduates but with sales/FMCG background.
- Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to do field work within Greater Manila Area.
