About the role
As a Key Account Manager at DKC Group Inc., the exclusive sales and marketing partner of L’Oréal Philippines, you will play a vital role in managing, developing, and strengthening relationships with the company’s most strategic and high-value accounts.This full-time, office-based position in Cebu, Central Visayas is essential in driving revenue growth, maximizing business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for L’Oréal Philippines’ portfolio of brands.
You will work closely with key clients and internal teams to execute effective sales strategies, deliver outstanding retail performance, and support the continued growth and market leadership of L’Oréal Philippines.
What you'll be doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong partnerships
- Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed revenue and business objectives
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling
- Effectively communicate customer needs and feedback to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports on progress and forecasts
- Develop creative strategies to retain and expand business with key accounts
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the Sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
