Key Account Manager - Off Trade
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Future Trade International Inc. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Key Account Manager - Off Trade, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key off-trade customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial business outcomes.
What you'll be doing- Devise and implement tailored account strategies to drive sales growth, market share and profitability for both our customers and our company
- Negotiate and secure favorable trading terms, promotional activities and other commercial agreements with customers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and logistics, to deliver exceptional customer service and experience
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven initiatives
- Represent the company at key customer meetings and industry events
- Contribute to the development of the overall sales strategy and forecast for the off-trade channel
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar key account management or sales role within the FMCG, retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key off-trade customers, such as supermarkets, convenience stores and wholesalers
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable trading terms and drive mutual business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
