Key account manager

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible in handling the critical and important accounts of the company by building and maintaining a solid relationship with these major accounts then develop the business within them. He/She is also in charge with project management to package various YGC products; selling and marketing responsibilities; coordination with traditional business units within the cars and finance divisions.

1. Develop, maintain, and grow a strong and trusting relationship with major clients through effective and efficient client management.

• Resolve client issues, concerns and complaints
• Develop complete understanding of client needs
• Ensure delivery of the right products and services in a timely manner.
• Continuously propose solutions that meet client objectives

1. Analyze client data then design and develop strategic plans with the objective of improving client results and providing better customer relationship management
2. Play an integral role in new business pitches and responsible for the effective and successful onboarding of new clients.
3. Develop relationships with clients using both traditional and creative techniques that include attending events and trade shows, networking on social media, getting warm introductions, etc.
4. Work with other team members from other departments to ensure all client needs are met.
5. Ensure on time submission of sales report and other reports needed by the management and prepare to present if required.
6. Serve as the link of communication between major customers and internal teams
