SOUS CHEF (2)
Job Responsibilities:
- Reports and follows through on all delegated tasks given by the Executive Sous Chef to ensure that they are done in a timely manner by the kitchen staff and supervisors in the Commissary
- Overseeing daily food production, ensuring adherence to recipes, production schedules, and quality standards
- Monitoring inventory levels, assisting with ordering supplies, and reducing food waste
- Assisting in menu development, recipe creation, and ensuring consistency in food presentation and portioning
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Monitoring food quality, taste, and presentation to meet established standards
- Ensuring kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly
