HEAD / SOUS CHEF – Join a Growing Filipino Restaurant in Cebu!

Employment Type: Full-Time

Cusina Lucas is looking for an experienced kitchen leader who can manage a team, create great Filipino dishes, and handle the business side of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knows product costing and can create procedure recipe manuals
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and ability to bring flavors to life
  • Can lead and manage kitchen staff effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain quality standards
  • Develop and improve recipes aligned with our brand
  • Manage costing, portion control, and inventory
  • Lead and train kitchen staff for consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
Compensation: ₱18,000–₱20,000 starting, negotiable based on skills and experience

Work Location: Cusina Lucas – 2nd Floor, Talamban Times Square, Talamban, Cebu City
