Cusina Lucas is looking for an experienced kitchen leader who can manage a team, create great Filipino dishes, and handle the business side of the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years experience in a similar role
- Knows product costing and can create procedure recipe manuals
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and ability to bring flavors to life
- Can lead and manage kitchen staff effectively
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain quality standards
- Develop and improve recipes aligned with our brand
- Manage costing, portion control, and inventory
- Lead and train kitchen staff for consistency and efficiency
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
