HR Manager

Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
- Preferably with training or seminars in Leadership Development, People Management, Human Resource Planning, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in people management, leadership roles, and core HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR processes, and policy implementation.
- Proficient in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and other HR tools.
- Well-versed in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Labor Compliance.
- Excellent leadership, employee relations, documentation, and data management skills.
- Can work under pressure, with integrity and professionalism.
- Accept and performs such other functions as maybe assigned by direct heads.
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in human resources and administration.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
- Documentation handling and database management skills.
- Strong computer skills particularly with programs such as Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
- Has a good understanding of applicable labor laws and their processes.
- Can work under pressure and handle confidential information, strong management and leadership skills.
