HR Manager

• Preferably with training or seminars in Leadership Development, People Management, Human Resource Planning, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in people management, leadership roles, and core HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR processes, and policy implementation.
• Proficient in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and other HR tools.
• Well-versed in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Labor Compliance.
• Excellent leadership, employee relations, documentation, and data management skills.
• Can work under pressure, with integrity and professionalism.
• Accept and performs such other functions as maybe assigned by direct heads.

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in human resources and administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
• Documentation handling and database management skills.
• Strong computer skills particularly with programs such as Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
• Has a good understanding of applicable labor laws and their processes.
• Can work under pressure and handle confidential information, strong management and leadership skills.
