HR ADMIN MANAGER

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly competent and people-centered HR Manager with a strong background in Philippine Labor Laws and Employee Relations. This role is responsible for leading and managing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, handling employee concerns, and cultivating a respectful and productive work environment.The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of employment standards in the Philippines and a proven ability to manage employee relations with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Labor Law Compliance- Ensure full compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and other employment-related laws.
- Regularly update management and staff on labor law changes and their implications.
- Coordinate with government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regarding employee-related matters.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct fact-finding investigations and grievance hearings, ensuring due process is followed.
- Provide guidance to management and staff on disciplinary actions, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a harmonious work environment and open communication between management and employees.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and the employee handbook in line with legal requirements and company values.
- Ensure consistent application and enforcement of HR policies across the organization.
- Administrative hearing invitations, and other disciplinary documents.
- Manage administrative cases and ensure accurate documentation of proceedings and resolutions.
- Coordinate with legal counsel in handling labor disputes, complaints, and legal cases.
- Oversee the performance management process and ensure that appraisals are conducted fairly and on time.
- Assist department heads in addressing employee behavior or performance issues constructively.
- Recommend appropriate interventions such as training, counseling, or disciplinary action.
- Prepare HR reports related to employee status, movements, and case summaries for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE procedures, and employee case handling.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, employee counseling, and grievance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
