Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, leave management, and the implementation of company policies and practices.
  • Deliver timely and constructive performance evaluations to support employee growth and development.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws by regularly reviewing and updating internal policies and practices.
  • Oversee and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, case hearings, and related investigations.
  • Serve as the authorized representative in administrative case hearings or labor-related proceedings.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Top Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources and administrative functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and employment practices.
  • Strong skills in documentation handling and HR database management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
