Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
