The Human Resource and Administration Department is essential in both strategic and operational functions of an organization. It manages employee needs, develops policies, and fosters a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include talent management, compensation and benefits, safety and health, employee relations, training and development, and HR data analytics.These efforts aim to strengthen the workforce, improve morale, and enhance organizational performance.
The Head of Human Resources is a senior leader responsible for aligning HR strategy with overall organizational goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations.Success in this position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Education & Experience- At least five (5) years of work-related experience as a Head for Human Resources.
- Minimum of a 4-year degree course.
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
- People Management Competency-related certifications (e.g., PMAP PSOF, SHRM) are an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.
