The Head of Human Resources is a senior leader responsible for aligning HR strategy with overall organizational goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations.Success in this position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Education & Experience- At least five (5) years of work-related experience as a Head for Human Resources.
- Minimum of a 4-year degree course.
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
- People Management Competency-related certifications (e.g., PMAP PSOF, SHRM) are an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.
