HR Supervisor

Is currently looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Supervisor to oversee the different facets of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will supervise and support HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll coordination, and overall HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes
• Supervise recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee movement activities
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration
• Supervise training and development programs and employee engagement initiatives
• Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records management
• Provide guidance on employee relations concerns and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
• Assist management in implementing HR strategies and workplace improvements
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and other administrative requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
