Customer Service Manager (Membership) - Landers Fairview

Chiefly responsible in handling and overseeing the membership operations of the store.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Guarantees member-customer satisfaction in attending to their needs and concerns and makes sure that these are properly addressed.
  • Ensures cleanliness of the membership area.
  • Sees to it that all membership personnel are updated and properly informed of all in-store’s promotions.
  • Monitors sales operations of the membership (daily remittances and the like, etc.)
  • Manages subordinates in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Evaluates membership clerk and sales team performance.
  • Supports marketing activities such as telemarketing and other special events.
  • Ensures that membership sales target are met and adheres to approved.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience working with membership databases, online membership and/or conference platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales industry
  • Required skills: Analytical skills, Strong customer service, Excellent communication skills
