Country Business Development Head - Reinsurance

• Experience din insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related sector, with a strong background in business development and key account management.
• Proven track record in managing C-level and enterprise client relationships, driving revenue growth through farming and long-term partnerships.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, market positioning, and client value delivery.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and align diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally in a dynamic market.
