Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market analysis and industry insights.

- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies for growth.
- Continuously evaluate customer needs to refine our offerings.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business forums.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and business development channels.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate deals, contracts, and agreements that maximize profitability while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs and OKRs.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to elevate team performance.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to strengthen the team's capability.
- Track, measure, and report on business development activities and sales performance.

Who We're Looking For
Education & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- A Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage but not required.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in business development or sales, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Financial technology industry experience is preferred for this business development position.
- Strong background in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or key account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Sales Leadership – Skilled in motivating and managing sales teams to deliver results.
