KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of key accounts (store listings, promotions, personnel, displays, and account plans).
  • Ensure timely product enlistment, promotions, and in-store initiatives.
  • Communicate and execute company marketing campaigns with assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve account issues and complaints to maintain trust and partnership.
  • Understand account business goals and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Expand business through new store openings, additional doors, and e-commerce channels.
  • Achieve sales targets including volume, distribution, pricing, merchandising, and promotional objectives.
Sales & Operations Management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners (logistics, warehouse, materials, etc.) to ensure smooth store openings and operations.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, pricing, display quality, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to identify opportunities and improve account performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution excellence and brand visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical with ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in campaign planning or digital marketing is an advantage.
