Key Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management- Maintain accurate and complete records of key accounts (store listings, promotions, personnel, displays, and account plans).
- Ensure timely product enlistment, promotions, and in-store initiatives.
- Communicate and execute company marketing campaigns with assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Resolve account issues and complaints to maintain trust and partnership.
- Understand account business goals and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Expand business through new store openings, additional doors, and e-commerce channels.
- Achieve sales targets including volume, distribution, pricing, merchandising, and promotional objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners (logistics, warehouse, materials, etc.) to ensure smooth store openings and operations.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, pricing, display quality, and competitor activity.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to identify opportunities and improve account performance.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution excellence and brand visibility.
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical with ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
- Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in campaign planning or digital marketing is an advantage.
