Key Account Manager

This role puts you at the center of the entire product journey, from development, coordination, to final delivery. You will work directly with clients as their main point of contact, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and successfully executed.

What You’ll Do- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication
- Manage end-to-end project execution from product concept, development, coordination, and delivery
- Ensure clear alignment of client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide timely updates and manage client communications throughout project stages
- Identify client needs and support account growth through proactive solutions
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Handle inquiries related to biomedical products, technical details, and usage guidance.
- Provide clients with clear product explanations, demonstrations, and guidance to support their understanding and usage needs.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support business growth
- Background in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing or account management roles (preferred)
- Strong communication skills - confident, clear, and professional
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proactive, assertive, and comfortable handling client communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when needed
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is an advantage
- Strong coordination skills across multiple teams and timelines
- You are directly involved in creating products that reach real consumers
- You work with both local and international clients
