Finance Business Development Manager - Visayas

This position also provides sustainable and profitable business recommendations and represents CPFI with full accountability in managing customer relationships.

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans for assigned accounts to meet or

• Conduct regular consultations with account representatives; document interactions using Talksheets.
• Track and reconcile customer Profit & Loss (P&L) monthly, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure alignment.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) in coordination with Modern Trade and General Trade Business Development Managers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in-store promotional activities, including off take and budget utilization.
• Ensure all assigned account spending remains within the approved budget.
• Perform store checks and trade visits (approximately 20–30% of workweek), using Store Score metrics to assess execution.
• Collaborate weekly with the Sales Comptroller and Credit & Collection team to reconcile expenses and ensure accuracy.
