• With 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably from retail, consumer goods, electronics, or related industries
• Comfortable conducting presentations through in-person meetings or virtual platforms
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player with a willingness to improve processes and contribute ideas

• Identify and onboard potential SME partners for the company’s digital platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners
• Manage partnership concerns, updates, and day-to-day coordination with partners
• Assist in initiatives that support business growth and online expansion efforts
• Handle end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and implementation initiatives
• Develop strong relationships with merchant decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Maintain and strengthen existing partner accounts
• Participate in business review discussions and provide relevant updates to stakeholders
• Review partnership agreements and ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements
• Provide onboarding assistance and ongoing support to merchant partners after activation
