Job Responsibilities:

Assists in management of lots owned or leased by Petron
Prepares and manages all documents of the lots in assigned areas
Coordinates with government offices for documentations needed
Handles lease negotiation for renewal and new COSS sites and depot/terminal sites
Conducts due diligence on ownership documents (TCT, tax decs, RPT payments, etc)
Prepares lease kits and lease agreements
Discusses lease provisions with lessor
Ensures timely payment of leases
Coordinates with counterparts in RS, NDG, NFB, Operations Group on details related to the lease and lease provisions
Handles negotiation for purchase/sale of properties
Prepares purchase/sale kits and contract to sell/deed of sale
Discusses contract provisions with lot seller/buyer
Ensures timely payment of taxes relative the sale/purchase lot

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Requirements:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar programs.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in negotiation for lease and acquisition, land lease/purchase negotiations.
