Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in management of lots owned or leased by Petron
- Prepares and manages all documents of the lots in assigned areas
- Coordinates with government offices for documentations needed
- Handles lease negotiation for renewal and new COSS sites and depot/terminal sites
- Conducts due diligence on ownership documents (TCT, tax decs, RPT payments, etc)
- Prepares lease kits and lease agreements
- Discusses lease provisions with lessor
- Ensures timely payment of leases
- Coordinates with counterparts in RS, NDG, NFB, Operations Group on details related to the lease and lease provisions
- Handles negotiation for purchase/sale of properties
- Prepares purchase/sale kits and contract to sell/deed of sale
- Discusses contract provisions with lot seller/buyer
- Ensures timely payment of taxes relative the sale/purchase lot
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar programs.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in negotiation for lease and acquisition, land lease/purchase negotiations.
