Key Account Manager - Food Service/Industrial Accounts/Rice Trading

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage key accounts for Wilmar-Benby Corporation. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, opening new accounts and ensuring excellent execution of brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle direct accounts, sell products, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate and implement brand plans, strategies, and programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Manage inventory, returns, bad orders, account payables/receivables, and business reviews.
• Monitor merchandising displays and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze account performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 - 2 years of FMCG experience handling key/industrial accounts.
• Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do field work within Metro Manila Area.
• Preferably with experience in Rice Trading or Food Service
