What You'll Do
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of online sellers on the Lazada platform.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned seller accounts through calls and online communication.
- Drive seller participation in key platform programs such as Free Shipping, Sponsored Solutions, Flash Sales, and promotional campaigns.
- Help sellers improve business performance through data-driven recommendations and account optimization.
- Monitor seller account health, including fulfillment rates, pricing competitiveness, and product quality.
- Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and educational support for sellers regarding platform tools and best practices.
- Analyze seller performance and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives that improve seller engagement and business growth.
- Gather seller feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall seller experience.
Qualifications
We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience in:
- Account Management
- Client Services
- Sales
- Business Development
- Marketing
- Customer Relationship Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls and online channels.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Salary: PHP 25,000 – 30,000
