Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in an HR leadership role preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- With demonstrable experience in all facets of human resource management and is well-versed in relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Possesses strong leadership, coaching, training, and development skills.
