We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, have strong leadership skills, and are committed to food quality and safety, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company standards and recipes.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
- Train, coach, and motivate kitchen team members.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food products.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related course is an advantage.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a supervisory kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
