Business Development Head (Food Flavors, Ingredients)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related programs
  • With at least 15 years of experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients industry,.
  • Has experience in managing industrial accounts such as food and beverage manufacturing companies.
  • With strong people management and strategic sales skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies, business plans, and budgets for industrial accounts.
  • Lead and develop Key Accounts Management team.
  • Drive achievement of sales revenue, volume, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract agreements, and annual business reviews.
  • Expand business with existing customers through cross-selling, upselling, and new product opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-funtional teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Support product development, commercialization, and new product launch initiatives.
  • Establish performance objectives, monitor results, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analyses for management.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth and market expansion.
