- Acquire new clients and grow key accounts
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with operations for smooth shipment handling
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to be cross trained in other departments
- Willing to be assigned in shifting schedule
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or related)
- 5 years experience in sales/business development
- An advantage if have experience in Freight Forwarding / Cargo / Logistic work
- Strong client network and sales skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
