ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Organization Development Manager to drive people, culture, and performance initiatives within a dynamic Food & Beverage organization. This role will focus on strengthening organizational structure, improving employee engagement, enhancing leadership capability, and aligning HR strategies with business goals across multiple outlets/brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement OD strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives on culture building, employee engagement, and change management.
- Design and facilitate leadership development, training programs, and succession planning.
- Review and improve organizational structure, workflows, and role clarity across departments.
- Partner with HR and Operations teams to ensure performance management systems are effective and aligned with company standards.
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights for talent planning and retention strategies.
- Support policy development, competency frameworks, and career pathing programs.
- Act as a change champion during expansions, rebranding, or process improvements within stores, kitchens, and corporate teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Development, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong background in change management, training facilitation, and organizational design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand or multi-site environment.
