HR STAFF – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and creative HR Staff who will focus on employee training, development, and engagement initiatives. This role will help design and deliver training programs, organize engagement activities, and support a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads.
- Design and organize training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance-related).
- Coordinate with external trainers or training providers when needed.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness (pre- and post-assessments, feedback forms, KPI alignment).
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities (team-building, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, CSR).
- Conduct employee satisfaction/morale surveys and analyze results.
- Develop strategies to boost employee motivation, retention, and company culture.
- Support HR in organizing company events (anniversaries, parties, contests, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for engagement initiatives.
- General HR Support
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance related to training and engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team in employee communication and HR reporting.
- Support performance management through training interventions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in training or engagement.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design of learning modules.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
- Event planning and coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and facilitation skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work well with cross-functional teams.
