- Experience in reading and interpreting Profit and Loss reports is required.
- Supervise food prep and cooking to ensure recipes are followed accurately.
- Monitor portion sizes to maintain consistency and reduce waste.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the kitchen area during the shift
- Store food products in strict compliance with safety practices (e.g., FIFO, temperature logs).
- Conduct inventory counts for food supplies and kitchen equipment as directed.
- Train kitchen staff on specific prep work and food plating techniques.
- Coordinate the line during peak hours to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house.

- Minimum 3-5 years of cooking/kitchen experience is required for this position.
