With leadership or supervisory experience in kitchen operations
Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff
Strong organizational and inventory management skills

-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Good communication and teamwork skills
