WAITER / SERVICE CREW – JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports To: Store Supervisor / Branch Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing efficient and courteous food and beverage service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and service standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menu, take orders accurately, and answer customer inquiries.
• Provide recommendations when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

1. Table Management

• Prepare tables before service (utensils, condiments, cleanliness).
• Clear and reset tables efficiently after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area at all times.

1. Billing and Payment Assistance

• Assist in bill preparation and ensure accuracy of orders charged.
• Coordinate with cashier for payment processing.
• Handle customer concerns regarding billing professionally.

1. Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests.
• Communicate delays or issues to customers and supervisors promptly.

1. Compliance and Standards

• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform at all times.
• Adhere to service standards and company code of conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High School graduate.
• With experience in food service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with pleasing personality.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
