We are searching for a passionate and experienced Human Resources & Admin Head to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive workplace dynamics.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of learning, development, and employee engagement.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities management, security, and logistics.
  • Manage company HR and admin-related budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative departments.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Implement and maintain effective risk management strategies.
  • Coordination and management functions with DHSUD and homeowners’ association
  • Construction site-security matters, contractor and workers labor concerns and ESH (Environment, safety and Health)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management preferably with Master degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR and Admin Manager, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR events and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
