Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive workplace dynamics.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of learning, development, and employee engagement.
Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities management, security, and logistics.
- Manage company HR and admin-related budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative departments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Implement and maintain effective risk management strategies.
- Coordination and management functions with DHSUD and homeowners’ association
- Construction site-security matters, contractor and workers labor concerns and ESH (Environment, safety and Health)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management preferably with Master degree
- At least 5 years of experience as HR and Admin Manager, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR events and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
