About the role
As an HR Staff at Sotogrande Davao Hotel, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources activities. This full-time position, based in Maa, Davao, will allow you to contribute to the overall success of the organisation by managing a range of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
- Providing support for onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration into the company
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases
- Addressing employee inquiries and resolving any HR-related issues
- Coordinating employee benefits and leave management
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR-related software and databases
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
