Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of physical and electronic documents.
Monitor document versions, revisions, and approvals.
Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
Coordinate with different departments regarding document requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Assist in preparing reports, permits, contracts, and government compliance documents.
Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Track document status and follow up pending approvals.
Support audits, inspections, and project documentation requirements.

Maintain document control registers and databases.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in documentation or administrative work is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
