Revenue Staff

Job Description

The Revenue Staff is responsible for monitoring, recording, and reconciling company revenue transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper reporting. The role supports daily revenue operations, assists in financial reporting, and helps maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Note: Training will be conducted at the Manila Main Office for 1–2 months with housing assistance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily sales and revenue transactions accurately and timely
• Reconcile revenue reports with system records (POS, billing, or other systems)
• Monitor collections, payments, and other incoming revenue streams
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports
• Coordinate with cashiering, sales, and operations teams for revenue validation
• Identify and report discrepancies in sales or collections
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to revenue accounts
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of revenue-related records
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Follow company policies and internal control procedures

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in accounting, finance, or cashiering (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience in hotel, retail, or service industry is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Amenable to shifting schedule if required (depending on operations)
