Accounting Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team ASAP. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle accounting tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
• Familiar with the preparation, submission, and filing of BIR reports and other government mandatory requirements
• Proficient in QuickBooks, QNE, or similar accounting software
• Experience using any accounting software is an advantage and acceptable for technical requirements
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work quickly, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work in Makati
• Can start ASAP / immediately available for employment

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts and other account balances
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation of accounting records
• Prepare and organize documents for BIR compliance and other government filings
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding accounting concerns
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management
