Accounting Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our finance team in daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.

Responsibilites:

• Payment Preparation

• Vendor Management

• Expense Monitoring

• Filing and Documentation

• Compliance and Controls

Follow company policies and accounting procedures. Help ensure transactions comply with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• Basic Knowledge of: Accounting principles, Bookkeeping and Financial Records
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail- oriented and highly organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

• 1- year experience in accounting or finance; Experience with accounting software ( e.g SAP , Quickbooks) is an advantage

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Good organizational skills
