What is the job?

The Senior Accounting Associate is responsible in supporting the accounts payable function by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing vendor payments and financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares, records, and analyzes AP transactions, ensuring timely vendor and doctor payments
• Maintains documentation and vendor files, including W9s and contracts
• Assists in processing 1099s and investigates AP queries
• Supports month-end accruals and AP clean-up projects, including ERP conversion
• Manages vendor conversions during acquisitions
• Performs ad-hoc reporting, audit support, and tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in AP transactions (prepares, record, verify and analyze).
• Experience in using NetSuite for accounts payable transactions.
• Demonstrates strong numeracy and reconciliation skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines.
• Manages time, plans, and organizes workload efficiently.
