Supply Chain Manager

Key accountabilities:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible For overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain - Warehouse, Purchasing, PPIC and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzes plans and business objectives and translate them accordingly to Supply Chain target and relevant performance—measures by identifying Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and their corresponding operating objectives.
  2. Develop and monitor company’s supply chain strategy- improve productivity and efficiency to reduce cost while securing high quality material.
  3. Develop supply chain plan and budget utilizing the appropriate business planning tools to visualize manufacturing role in the achievement of organization’s business objectives.
  4. Plan and Maintain inventory of material, finished goods and movement
  5. Evaluates employee’s performance and conduct mentoring/ coaching on areas of improvement.
  6. Represent the company to various government institutions to ensure that policies, standards, requirement affecting operation facilitate the attainment of company’s business objectives.
  7. Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
  8. Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc.
  9. Performs assigned duties and responsibilities with high regards to occupational safety and shall fully adhere to policies on occupational health and safety while inside premises.
  10. Reports food safety and quality issue and any potential or actual emergency to immediate superior or authorized/designated person.

Essential Requirement and Competencies:

  • Bachelor of Science graduate preferably Licensed Engineer or with MBA degree or equivalent
  • At least 5-year relevant work experience in food manufacturing.
  • Core competencies required for the position
  • Well verse in FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and Documentation Management System.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication.
  • Must have a strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in other provincial assignment.
