Who are we looking for:
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager – Partnerships & Contracts, you will play a strategic leadership role in building and managing supplier and partner relationships that support the company’s retail and wholesale operations. You will lead contract negotiations, supplier performance management, and partnership strategies to ensure cost efficiency, service reliability, and long-term business growth.
This role works closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to strengthen the supply network, optimize contract structures, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Supplier Management- Develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to support retail and wholesale operations.
- Serve as the senior liaison between the company and key vendors to drive collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Lead supplier relationship management programs to ensure consistent service quality and performance improvement.
- Lead negotiations for commercial contracts, pricing agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and supply terms with vendors and partners.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with company procurement policies.
- Monitor contract performance, renewal timelines, and compliance across all supply chain service providers.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless supply flow across distribution centers and retail stores.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and supplier performance.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to strengthen supply chain resilience.
- Establish supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews to monitor vendor performance.
- Resolve contract or supplier disputes while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Ensure adherence to procurement standards, regulatory compliance, and internal governance policies.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams.
- Provide strategic guidance to procurement and supply chain teams on contract management and supplier partnerships.
- Support leadership with insights on supply chain risks, cost structures, and strategic sourcing opportunities.
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management expertise
- Deep understanding of retail or wholesale supply chain operations
- Proven experience in commercial agreements, pricing models, and SLAs
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement platforms)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing distribution networks or multi-store retail supply chains

What does it take to be part of the team?- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, or MBA) is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management within retail, wholesale, or FMCG industries.
- 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing supplier relationships or contracts.
