About the role
Polystar Manpower Services is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an HR professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation's growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services to our employees.This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with our company's values and objectives.
What you'll be doing- Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop customised solutions
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Administering and optimising HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as compensation, benefits, and career development
- Assisting with the design and implementation of HR initiatives, including training and development programmes
- Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to analyse data and generate reports
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
