The Chief Engineer will lead the property engineering and facilities management operations, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all technical systems. This role requires strong leadership, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex engineering demands while supporting organizational stability.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (REE)
- 5–7 years of experience in property engineering, facilities management, or technical maintenance
- 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior engineering role
- Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of operational processes in property engineering
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and complex technical demands
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
