Sales Trainer

We’re looking for a data-driven and people-focused Sales Enablement Analyst to empower sales teams through impactful learning programs, insights, and tools. You’ll play a key role in identifying performance gaps, driving training initiatives, and translating data into actions that boost sales productivity and business growth.

• Design and deliver sales enablement programs, tools, and learning initiatives across stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional experts to develop engaging training content for internal and external audiences
• Create learning solutions in multiple formats (e.g., workshops, digital modules, field training)
• Collaborate with commercial teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement action plans to improve sales performance
• Support capability-building initiatives across sales teams, stores, and frontline staff
• Analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs, KBIs, etc.) and evaluate training effectiveness
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives across the organization
• Drive initiatives that unlock new sales opportunities and business growth

• 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Marketing, Data Analysis, or Sales Support
• Strong understanding of sales processes, field training, and productivity improvement strategies
• Intermediate skills in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio)
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to organize, synthesize insights, and lead meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Highly collaborative with a strong drive to create measurable impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
