NOC Engineer (Fresh Grad)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering project implementation and technical support of 2/4/5G products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, fault solving, and network maintenance1.
2. Formulates engineering project plans for 2/4/5G wireless products, tracks the progress, and manages and controls quality.
3. Perform basic O&M and data configuration for RAN products.
4. Supports base station cutover with subcorn and SE.
5. Provide technical training and guidance for SE/subcorn/customers.
6. Conduct technical exchanges with customer engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
2. 3 years experience in ran engineer and have base station swap experience, in major telecommunication vendor/operators is preferred, such as ZTE/HUAWEI/NOKIA/Ericsson
3. Rich experience in formulating comprehensive technical solutions, risk identification, quality prevention, integration verification and implementation.
4. Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication and negotiation skills, as well as team operation and management capabilities;
